How do you get old gold?
There are two options for those who want to get their old or un-hallmarked gold jewellery hallmarked – the first one is via a Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) registered jeweller and the second is getting it melted to make new jewellery and then get it hallmarked.
What if gold is not 916?
