Please empty your bladder and wash your hands and/or your child’s hands prior to your session. Please wear clean socks (preferably white) in the therapy room. The socks help you walk on the salt. No shoes or bare feet are permitted during the session.

- Place mouthpiece between your lips and draw air gently through your mouth – exhale through your nose.
